RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our educational and developmental products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment confirmed. This policy applies to all physical and digital products sold through super-me.org. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@super-me.org with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.
